The “Bridge to the House of Lies” was in Stanitsia Luhanska in eastern Ukraine. I worked on it for three years. As a peacekeeping diplomat 2015-2018. The folkloric echoes in a situation that connected Ruschia occupied Luhansk from government controlled Luhansk inspired my art.

Before the Ruschists murdered her by missile as she sat with two famous Columbian writers in a cafe in Kramatorsk, Ukrainian writer Viltoriia Amelina had also written about faery tales and Stanitsia Luhabska. the murder was no accident.
