So PayPal, when it was floated, it made a number of people who are collectively known as the PayPal Mafia extremely rich.

They then reinvested that money through venture capital funds in Silicon Valley and Santa Clara County. And that money is what funded Google and Facebook and some of these huge Internet companies, which created the first non-toy size, bigger than toy size, neural network algorithms.
