Cross-Domain Coercion: The Nuclear Umbrella Over All Russian Warfare

The scholarly foundation: ALL Russian warfare operates “under the aegis” of the nuclear arsenal. The nuclear threat is not a separate tool — it is the umbrella under which every other operation takes place. The pyramid: nuclear threat at the apex charges the disinformation at the base with credibility. The base does the actual work. The apex only needs to exist.
