Scholz, and many others, are compromised by a mythical fear. ‘Don’t Poke the Bear’ is hardwired into their minds. Their vulnerability which serves as Kompromat is this fear.

Western leaders’ fear of nuclear war IS the kompromat — their minds are “compromised” by a “mythical fear.” This is nuclear self-deterrence at the policy level. No FSB handler needed. The fear installs itself and does the work of a thousand intelligence officers.
