It is an enormous relief that IAEA & Grossi saw through Ruschists continuous bombing of areas it has controlled since 4th March. Rosatom needs to be declared a terrorist organisation for participating in the psychological violence against staff at Enerhodar.

Rosatom — which the IAEA depends on — participates in the psychological violence against its own industry’s workers. The institutional capture: the nuclear regulator cannot condemn the nuclear terrorist because the nuclear terrorist funds the nuclear regulator.
