Inevitability Farming

Inevitability Farming. Authoritarians are addicted to Coercive Control strategies of psychological manipulation. They create a bad situation for themselves through either congenital incompetence, or strategic mischief. Then they tell you unless you do X, the bad situation the authoritarian-minded Brexiteer, Ruschist, Trumpist,… is themselves responsible for provoking into being will result in disaster.

Inevitability Farming is the agricultural metaphor for the Provocation Logic Cycle applied at scale: cultivate crisis, harvest compliance. The farmer creates the drought, then sells the water.
