Radars are the detection component; Counter-DF is the full response cycle (detect, adjudicate, rearchetype, counter). “Mindful about what we allow into our Inner Mind” — the Outer Realm distinction is active here. Without Troll Radars scanning for Negative Potential, Counter-Disinfolklore has no intake. The radars feed the Code of Positive Trolls which powers the adjudication.
