Counter-Disinfolklore is a subset of Disinfolklore-as-toolkit: learning to see IS learning to counter. The passage establishes that the same lenses used to identify Disinfolklore become the instruments for opposing it. “Even the most innocuous informational units” — the real danger is not in the obvious propaganda but in the messaging that slips past because it looks harmless.
