Whiplash as Galaxy Technique

So this is really one of the main frames — Disinfolklore Galaxy — which I would like to use to interpret the data coming from a whiplash week within which Donald stops deliveries of Patriot Interceptors. No he doesn’t. That person did. No that person. He didn’t know. Now he wants to arm Ukraine, using Europe’s money. But he didn’t ask Europe. No-one in NATO was warned about Donald’s announcement.
