The “special military operation” formulation is the meta-paradox: a phrase designed to dissolve all other paradoxes. How do Nazis elect a Jewish president? Special operation. How can Russia liberate people it is bombing? Special operation. The phrase works precisely because it is paradoxical — it answers nothing, which is why it answers everything. This is paradox-as-rhetorical-technology.
