Information Confrontation — Weapon and Environment

The concept of “information confrontation” (Информационное противоборство) is central to Russian military doctrine, as well as to MAGA’s successful creation of an American sub-culture which has twice won the US presidency despite engaging in insurrection against the United States on Jan 6, 2021. In Information Confrontations, according to Russian military strategy, information is treated as both the weapon and the environment.
