Cambridge Analytica — Engineering MAGA from Scratch

Steve Bannon and Chris Wylie created a company called “Cambridge Analytica (CA).” They were funded by oligarchs who share the same ideology of using “traditionalist”/family values tropes to entrench Inner/Outer Realm-based division and unity in communities, which they convert into political and cultural power. According to Wylie’s testimony, when he first met Bannon in a hotel room in Cambridge (England), they bonded over their joint belief in the Breitbart insight that since politics is downstream from culture, if you can change the culture, then you can dominate the politics arising from it.
