Russia has operated a (what I term in Disinfolklore (2)) ‘Stealth Genocide’ in eastern Ukraine, under the radar since 2014.

The origin document. “Under the radar” — the metaphor is itself about stealth. Eight years of genocide, invisible to the radar of international law, international media, and even international observers stationed on the ground.
