The Jurisprudence of Sympathetic Magic
The tools of Cultural Psychology and particularly the jurisprudence of Sympathetic Magic can be applied in the context of Disinfolklore. I am the first writer to apply Sympathetic Magic to Disinfolklore.

The ‘Jurisprudence’ framing is deliberate: using legal language for cognitive routines serves two purposes: (1) it dignifies them as binding mental algorithms, not mere biases; (2) it creates an evaluative framework for distinguishing Disinfolklore from legitimate information. A seminal 2019 text exists on the Laws of Sympathetic Magic but does not reference misinformation or disinformation — that application is the author’s innovation.
