Then, the trolls are assigned tasks to create or propagate vectors to implant these micro Meanings in the minds of whichever audience they’re responsible for targeting.

The Disinfolklore Propagation Apparatus distributes narrative at industrial scale. When the Russian President makes a speech, he communicates approved vectors and meanings. His followers take them up in their own communications. Putin-understanders then Westsplain them to fellow Westerners. This is how Disinfolklore distributes its vectors and meanings at scale.
