Adjudication Tools (7-12)

Once you can detect Disinfolklore (Tools 1-5) and have the measuring instrument (the Code of Positive Trolls, Tool 6), the Adjudication Tools apply each of the Code’s six criteria as an independent deep-analysis instrument. These are not merely yes/no tests — each criterion opens a domain of inquiry. Together they form the most thorough evaluation system for information manipulation in existence.

If any informational unit being assayed conforms to all six of these criteria, it is Positive (Counter Disinfolklore). Usually, Disinfolklore (Negative Trolling) violates the second criterion — it is NOT right or ethically disciplined. It’s a lie. Untruthiness is its Mana.

The Six Adjudication Tools

  1. Tool 7: Generosity — The most intuitive first filter. “Is it generous?” catches the vast majority of Disinfolklore instantly because authoritarian-minded trolls are almost always mean.

  2. Ethical Discipline — The criterion Disinfolklore most frequently fails. Does the meme promote untruths? Does it encourage us to break the law? The standard: the post-WWII legal order.

  3. Implicit Archetypes — What primordial archetypes are embedded in the meme? What is its energy / Mana? Which deep Indo-European cognitive structures are being activated? The deep-analysis instrument.

  4. Tool 10: Patience — Urgency is a red flag. Disinfolklore manufactures panic and artificial deadlines to bypass your radars. Patience creates the gap between Experience and Reaction in which your freedom lives.

  5. Focus — The gatekeeping function: the conscious practice of monitoring what you allow into your Inner Mind. The moment of choice is before consumption, not after.

  6. Wisdom — The final synthesis. “Getting your eye in” — the ability to see clearly through the fog and act with wisdom. The culmination of all twelve tools.

How Adjudication Works

The quick path: apply Tool 7 (Generosity) first. If the meme fails, you have a provisional verdict — Disinfolklore — without needing to go further. The thorough path: apply all six criteria in sequence. The order matters less than completeness.

In practice, Tool 8 (Right/Ethical Discipline) catches more Disinfolklore than any other single criterion because “usually, it’s a lie.” But the full six-criterion analysis reveals dimensions that a simple truth/falsehood check misses: the patience it demands of you, the archetypes it activates, the wisdom or foolishness it promotes.
