The second element of the Code of Positive Trolls and the criterion that Disinfolklore most frequently fails. Does the meme promote untruths? The means do NOT justify the ends. “Usually, Disinfolklore violates the second criterion — it is NOT ethically disciplined. It’s a lie.” The standard against which we measure this is the post-WWII legal order: the Geneva Conventions, the UN Charter, the Genocide Convention, the Refugee Convention.
