War Magic: Propaganda Disguised as Spells
My first interest in magic stemmed from reading this paper on the War Magic, which was used by the fifth Dalai Lama… It wasn’t the actual spells… but it was that the word got out. That he was doing these esoteric practices to put curses on the enemy. This information really disturbed the Karmapas… So this is just before I was working in Russia-occupied Ukraine and going across the bridge all the time and trying to work out what are they doing? What are they talking about? What is all this nonsense in their information space that’s brainwashing people? Ah, it’s War Magic. This is what they’re kind of doing. This is Disinfolklore. War Magic.

Like “Hunter Biden” such words work on the level of incantation / war magic through repetition. Before you know it, you’ll be entering into sincere debates that serve to entrench Ruschist Disinfolklore memes in your mind as well as in our culture. It’s the essence of Negative Trolling. It’s War Magic whose main effect (like blowing the dam) is to depress its chosen enemy (democratic free Ukraine). To stop Ukrainians from bothering to resist genocide.

War Magic is the frame within which Tool 3 operates. The Fifth Dalai Lama’s spells worked not through esoteric power but because “the word got out.” Russia’s nuclear threats work the same way — their Mana is manufactured dread, designed to paralyse. Repetition loads Mana into words until they function as automatic triggers.
