Bite-Size Lessons

Twelve standalone lessons, one per Tool. Each takes under five minutes. Read one per day, share the ones that resonate, and in less than two weeks you’ll have the complete Disinfolklore framework.

Detection (Tools 1—5)

Lesson 1: See the Archetype What archetype is being deployed? Every Disinfolklore meme carries one. Putin bare-chested on a horse = “strong man” archetype. “Don’t Poke the Bear” = “dangerous animal” archetype. See it, name it, defuse it. → Tool 1: Archetypal Literacy

Lesson 2: Scan Your Radars What’s coming at you? What are you sending out? The Incoming Troll Radar catches what others push at you. The Outgoing Troll Radar checks what you’re about to share. Both matter. → Tool 2: Troll Radars

Lesson 3: Find the Mana What is the energy/intention inside this meme? Every informational unit — visual, audible, textual — carries Mana. The question is always: “What is the Mana in this meme?” → Tool 3: Mana in the Meme

Lesson 4: Map the Realm Which realm is being targeted — Inner or Outer? Disinfolklore targets the Inner Realm (where archetypes live). Facts live in the Outer Realm. That’s why fact-checking alone doesn’t work. → Outer Realm

Lesson 5: Trace the Chain Trigger → Experience → Reaction. What triggered you? What experience did it create? What reaction does it want? Pause between Experience and Reaction — that’s where your freedom lives. → Tool 5: Trigger-Experience-Reaction

The Bridge (Tool 6)

Lesson 6: Apply the Code Six criteria, one test. Is this meme Generous? Right? Energising? Patient? Mindful? Wise? If it passes all six, it’s Infolklore. If it fails, it’s Disinfolklore. → Tool 6: Code of Positive Trolls

Adjudication (Tools 7—12)

Lesson 7: Is It Generous? Disinfolklore is always ungenerous. It takes, diminishes, divides. Positive trolling gives, builds, connects. → Tool 7: Generosity

Lesson 8: Is It True? Does the meme promote untruths? Right/Ethical Discipline checks whether the Mana is honest or deceptive. → Tool 8: Right

Lesson 9: What Archetypes Does It Carry? Tool 9 creates continuity with Tool 1. Tool 1 asks: what archetype is being deployed? Tool 9 asks: what archetypes are immanent in the meme’s energy during adjudication? → Energy

Lesson 10: Is It Manufacturing Urgency? “We must surrender NOW.” “Act before it’s too late.” Urgency is a red flag. Patience is the antidote. → Tool 10: Patience

Lesson 11: Should I Let This In? Conscious gatekeeping. Before you scroll on, before you share, before you react — pause. Should this enter your mind? This is mindfulness as information warfare tool. → Focus

Lesson 12: Getting Your Eye In The cumulative synthesis. After practising Tools 1—11, you develop an intuitive sense — you can feel Disinfolklore before you can articulate why. This is wisdom. This is “getting your eye in.” → Wisdom
