Tool 4: Inner/Outer Realm Immanences

The fourth tool reveals the spatial structure all Disinfolklore exploits. Every item of Disinfolklore projects a division between an Inner Realm (our community, our people, our territory) and an Outer Realm (the Other, the invader, the threat). This division maps onto the tripartite structure of Indo-European culture: threats to Sovereignty, Security, and Fertility/Prosperity. Tool 4 fuses the work of Georges Dumézil and Timothy Tangherlini into a detection instrument for this ancient cognitive pattern.
