The Tarmana Discovery in Ankara

“The first writing we have from this place, Kanis/Kultepe, in an Indo-European language between 1900 and 1800 years before the Common Era is Tarmana. It’s an M-N- sound. I have to say, that was beyond my wildest dreams, was to actually see it and photograph it in the Ankara Museum of Anatolian Civilisations.”
